Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at customerservice@bpapparel.com for instructions regarding returning an order.
Returns/Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange it for the right item.
You may also return an item that you just didn’t like. There will be a $5 restocking fee to cover handling and restocking at the warehouse, and shipping will not be refunded in this case.
All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, unsmelly, and in their original condition with original or re-printed receipt / packing slip included.
Refunds will be applied after receiving and inspecting the product. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our facility, you will receive an email when the exchange is processed.
Replacements
If an item arrives defective or damaged or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You may need to return the wrong item with a prepaid shipping label. Send us pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number.
Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to us by the mail carrier because you provided the wrong address, we will reship it to you. However, you will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will also be a $5 per item restocking fee.
If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Window
There is a 30 day window for exchanges or returns, from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered.
International Shipping
We do not sell or ship internationally at this time.
